The restaurant was reasonably priced for lunch and dinner, I tried excellent dishes. It had WiFi and a new carpet, plus other facilities. The location was marvellous, overlooking the angled. Easily reached Mama Sally's South, located relatively near the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Fairly clean and the staff was very helpful. The room was brand-new: comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The hotel was in a historic and peaceful location very close to the pier, where the customers seemed to be having a good time, and the bay for what we wanted it for.

The rooms are reasonably large and cheap with clean bathrooms. The hotel staff is efficient and active. Offers great service and good food. You can park the car on site. The location is excellent, 1 mile from Three Sisters Springs.

Clean, hip new hotel, I loved spotless and cheap rooms and polite staff. I was offered a room with fabulous views of the angled. Included WiFi, an adjoining terrace, and a new carpet, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous for me, close to everything you want or need.

Location is favourable and gorgeous, to an excellent restaurant. And it's nestled in a nice building very close to canals and beautiful scenery and Three Sisters Springs and other nice places and resteraunt and boat trips including snorkeling with manatees.
